rapport-building activities

.

Every successful teacher will tell you that the secret sauce to having an amazing school year is to have a strong rapport with each of your students. Those connections are most easily created by getting to know what makes them tick!

Enjoy this list of 750+ Student Interest Survey questions to help you break the ice with your kiddos... helping you get to know them and helping them get to know one another. Post three to five as bellwork for the first few days (or weeks) of school and you'll make some incredible inroads in building a lasting rapport with your students!

(Project a few each day on the board for bellwork or choose 25-30 to use for a get-to-know-you worksheet.)
